B I O G R A P H Y

My taste in music developed in the late seventies. Via Rainbow and Boston slowly towards symphonic rock. Not the difficult one but the more accessible variant like Saga. Symphonic rock became progrock  and my view of that music also changed. Bands as  Marillion and Dream Theater were added to the list of favorites. About the time the SLR went digital, I took my camera to concerts. My music photos are published by mainly iO Pages, Dutch progrock magazine and Oor, Dutch oldest music magazine. In addition to publications in media, the list of contributions to CDs, DVDs and books is also getting longer. I have also published two books myself : Prog2020 and ProgTret. In 2020 I was named rock photographer of the year by the English magazine Prog.
